These days Nehal is back from tennis class earlier than usual since he’s scheduled for late afternoon class this winter season. Usual dinner time is 6.45 pm but with change in schedule, dinner has to be served by 6.15 pm since he’s home hungry and asks for something to eat as soon as he enters the home. Yesterday, I made vegetable pasta for his dinner.

Nehal’s favorite evening snacks are patties, both vegetable and mince meat, served with tomato ketchup. I use the left over patties to prepare burgers.

Vermicelli Vegetable Upma makes for a decent breakfast or evening tiffin.

Nehal loves these cheesy vegetable balls, I prepared last evening along with water melon juice. Very similar to the ‘Potato Nests’ recipe with a bit of variation and a good combination of flavors. Makes for a good starter or an evening snack and goes great with tomato sauce.
