Pasta in Arrabiata SauceOur family is fond of pasta. Yesterday, I prepared pasta with arrabiata sauce, a warm cold weather comfort dish. Reduced the amount chilli flakes that went into the pasta keeping in mind Nehal is not into much spicy food. Use fresh parsley or coriander which make a difference to the pasta dish so don’t skimp on the leaves. Makes for a satisfying evening tiffin or dinner. |
