Banana Milkshake

Amurutapaani Variety of Bananas

Milkshakes are a regular fare in our home as Nehal enjoys them. I use honey or jaggery syrup as sweetener and avoid sugar. One of Nehal’s favorite, Banana milkshake, is a recipe that can be prepared even by a 7 year old. Its such an easy breezy milkshake to make.

Chop a large banana and place in a mixie jar or blender. Add half a cup of chilled milk and make a smooth mixture. Add another cup of chilled milk, a tbsp of honey and few drops of vanilla essence and blend to make a frothy milk shake. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy. :)
