Hi Sailu,
I have tried out a lot of your recipes, and they ALL came out very well. I have a request. Do you have a good recipe for Naan Khattayi? These are a type of cookies that I used to eat when I was a child, and they melt in your mouth. Reading your description of the Russian Tea cakes reminded me of Naan Khattayi.

You are doing a great service to the food community by giving such detailed recipes (And your photos are simply gorgeous).
