Vegetable Burger Recipe

Prep & Cooking: 30 mts

Ingredients:

bun

vegetable pattie/cutlet

low fat butter

lettuce leaves

finely sliced tomato, cucumber and onions

cheese slice

mayonnaise

mustard sauce (optional)

1 Toast the sliced bun, spread low fat butter and mustard paste, layer with lettuce leaves, onion, cucumber and tomato slices, followed by a cheese slice and the vegetable pattie.

  2. Looks fresh and yummy. Mac donalds burger is called Mc alu tikki, so we can name this as Shal’s Alu tikki..

  3. Thanx for the recipe…I try some of your recipes and they turn out fabulous. Thanx and keep up the gr8 work….where do we get lettuce in vizag? pls let me know..

    I am happy to learn the recipes are liked by you. Sometimes Spencer’s does sell lettuce, chinese cabbage, celery and red/yellow capsicums in the freezer section where the vegetables are usually sold. You will not find them a regular basis though.
