Hi, I make this almost every other week. I always see some ripe bananas by the end of the week and I end up making this cake.
Looks yummy!
Look great! What kind of oven do you use?
Hello Sailaja garu,
Lovely post. I tried it yesterday (without the walnuts, as my son is under 2), taste was brilliant, but it turned out crumbly (not as a nice piece), wonder what I had missed..can you kindly help.
Many thanks,
Swathi.
Probably you could cut down on butter the next time and also check on the baking time. Bake for a shorter while than called for and see how the cake turns out.
