6 Evening Tiffins
The images below are the snacks/tiffins I prepared for Nehal over the past few days. I have earlier blogged few of these tiffin recipes so I am giving links to the recipes below the image. I will blog the ‘Chocolate Banana Bread’ recipe in a separate post.
Cheesy Pasta ~ Boil pasta until al dente. Drizzle olive oil in a large vessel and saute sliced garlic (2-3) for a few seconds. Now add the paste and toss the pasta for half a mt. Sprinkle salt to taste and pepper pwd. Grate cheese and serve.
Egg Chaat ~ Boil 3-4 eggs. Quater them and keep aside. In a bowl, combine 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chaat masala pwd, pinch of red chilli pwd, 1 tbsp tamarind-jaggery chutney and pinch of salt. Mix well. Place a little of this onion-tomato mixture on each egg quarter and serve.
