Brown Bread Pizza
Another favorite of Nehal’s is bread pizza. I use brown bread to make it healthy. With green peas and corn in season, I made one topping using them which he ate for breakfast. The other topping was shredded chicken from left over chicken curry that I packed for his school snack this morning. Very simple to assemble, quick to prepare and tastes great.

Apply low fat butter to each slice, followed by tomato sauce, spread some cooked corn and peas, season with some salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese. I also spread some sauteed onions, garlic and tomatoes that I added along with peas and corns. Bake for 8 mts at 200 C or till cheese melts and slightly browns.
Follow the same procedure for the shredded chicken topping. Top with grated cheese and bake till cheese melts.
